In the early summer of 2012, I spent three weeks at the International School of Painting, Drawing, and Sculpture in Umbria in Montecastello di Vibio with artists Dave Voros and Dan Gustin.
Here I studied classic Italian art such as fresco paintings and renaissance art while I practiced representational painting and drawing of landscapes and figures.
